Gift Wrapping
Zerbert Baby is pleased to offer our customers gift wrapping to fill your special occasion’s needs. The wrapping will consist of a brown kraft box with grosgrain ribbon and sticker. The gift wrapping option will include a personalized note which will be placed inside the package. The cost for gift wrapping is $4.00. Items in our GIFT SETS section will include gift wrapping, and a personalized note, unless pictured otherwise.
During the check out process you will be given the opportunity to choose the gift wrapping option. You will be able to type your personalized note in the message box.
Caring For Your Product
All of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble dry on low. Prior to the creation of our products, we pre-wash and dry all our fabrics and diapers in mild detergent to allow for initial shrinkage. We do not recommend ironing the minky fabric.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All orders (including credit card orders) are processed through PayPal and an account is not needed to make a purchase.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within South Carolina will be taxed at 6%.
Shipping information
Shipment is made via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days, and depending on location, will be received 3-8 days later. You will be notified via email indicating shipment has occurred. We are not responsible for guarantees not met by the deliverer.

International Shipping
Zerbert Baby ships internationally, however the rate can only be determined prior to shipment. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs or duties incurred.
Back Orders
On occasion Zerbert Baby’s fabrics will be out of stock due to high demand. You will be contacted via email if such is the case with your order. The choice will be yours to wait for your fabric, choose another fabric, or cancel your order.
Returns
Zerbert Baby takes pride in pleasing every customer. However, should there be a problem; we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a return authorization number (RA#) obtained from us. Requests for RA #s should be made through returnservice@zerbertbaby.com. Once a RA # has been issued, you will have 10 days to return the item.
Refunds can only be made to the purchaser (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping costs, as well as re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, or they will not be accepted by Zerbert Baby. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless a mistake has been made by Zerbert Baby.
Privacy
Zerbert Baby carries no interest in selling or sharing your personal information to any other parties. The sensitivity of your information is understood and it will be kept private.
